"Natural, sustainable, agriculture is the Keystone to our planets future"
Keystone Organics is a small garden design and specialty produce company started in the fall of 2006 by Chef Jake Egolf. Located in historic Grant Park in Atlanta, Ga., it is a small but highly intensive garden and greenhouse offering high end herbs, flowers, micro greens, live plants and anything else our clients can dream up.
Prior to starting Keystone Organics, Jake has been a chef in the Atlanta area since 1996 and graduated from the Baltimore International Culinary College in 1995. Jake has also worked for garden design companies in the Atlanta area along with designing and building a variety of gardens.
Jake has been studying organic agriculture since 1998 and his interest in agriculture stems from his family’s farm and landscape heritage that surrounded him from an early age in Pennsylvania (Pennsylvania is the Keystone state). He is also a member of Georgia Organics.
Keystone Organics also offers garden design in an urban environment, on patios, walkways, rooftops or any other space in need of greening up or planting for kitchen use.

                      Who we are :

What’s “Organic” ?

* Organic refers to a growing system that integrates the following :

* No synthetic pesticide, herbicide or    fertilizer use.

* Invites beneficial insects and organisms to keep natural rhythms in check.

* No genetically modified seed or root stock.

* Cycling and recycling of resources, composting and reducing  overall waste.

* Reduces runoff, pollution and water use through proper planting, and incorporating site conditions into the design.

* Maintaining and improving long term soil fertility and health. The garden begins and ends with  the soil.
